As there are many ways to raise your vibration, in this article we will discuss a few that will leave you vibrating at a higher level, feeling lighter, happier, and more at ease.

According to universal law and the science of quantum physics, everything in the universe is fundamentally made of energy and has a vibrational frequency. This energy has movement, an oscillation, and a vibration of energy, like the waves on the ocean or all the particles in space that keep the universe together. That includes us! By shifting your awareness to this truth, you can begin to impact your vibrations by actively changing the way life and its circumstances play out around you. Here are 4 simple ways to raise your vibration and begin to create a life that you desire:

1: Taking Control of Your Breath

Think about this - we breathe on autopilot almost 24 hours a day, never stopping to intentionally take control of our breath. Deep breathing is a fantastic way to nourish your well-being and nervous systems, supporting mental clarity and relieving anxieties. As one of the best ways to tap into our bodies and raise our vibrations, don’t forget to utilize this built-in tool! Try putting down that phone and intentionally breathing for 2+ minutes a day, you can do this while walking or even taking a shower.

Breathe deep from the base of your spine and feel your spine lengthen as the air travels and fills your lung cavities. As you exhale, begin to let go of any tension in your shoulders, neck, or jaw. Take notice of how you feel your stomach rise and fall with each breath. Do this for however long you like, at a pace that is comfortable for you.

2: Start a Journaling Practice

One of the top benefits of journaling is that it can improve your mental health. There is something to the magic of just relieving any and all thoughts that exist onto paper. Journaling can improve self-esteem when you take the time to highlight the positive in your life while also including self-discovery and keeping yourself accountable to your goals and values. Whether you’re interested in exploring your personality or writing down your daily thoughts, it can unlock parts of yourself you never knew existed by simply showing up to try. A journaling practice is unique to each person, there is no right or wrong way to go about it. The journey of self-discovery through journaling supports raising your vibration.

3: Try Meditating More Frequently

Meditation is a great way to boost your positive energy while also being an imperative tool for manifesting all that you desire. Since like attracts like, meditation effectively pulls the rug out from under low vibrational emotions while naturally making way for the highest resonating vibrations such as gratitude, joy, love, and hope.
