There are public restrooms available in the building, located upstairs directly left of our studio entrance and downstairs. Restrooms have to be accessed with a building key, our key can be found on the inside of the door of our studio.

We recommend that you come to class on a lighter stomach and well hydrated. We encourage you to adjust your practice as needed in class, you may pause or leave class as needed.

Yes, we have a fresh water dispenser available in the studio for students to refill their containers as needed.

Street parking is available on Lincoln Blvd. There is also a parking lot located next to the building as well as a few spots inside the building.

Warm vinyasa is an all levels flow Practice taught in a warm room (80-85 degrees) under the infrared heating panels. You can read more about this offering here.

Due to scheduling and event prep involved with our events we require 24 hour notice to cancel a paid event booking. If your event is canceled within 24hours of the scheduled event, your refund will process within 3 business days.

No Problem! At this time if you can not attend the class your scheduled, your account will not be charged. You will still be able to use the paid class for a future event. We do ask that you cancel your class within your member account on the app or online before class begins. Read more about our studio policies here.

Absolutely, yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant bodies. Postures can be modified and we recommend that you take each class at your own pace. Be sure to mention it to your guide so that they can accommodate as needed.

We really encourage students to be online for the courtesy of everything attending, however if you are late, please enter the studio quietly. Please do not disturb the class if you are more than 10 minutes late.
