About Reiki Healing

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice designed to promote deep relaxation, restore energetic balance, and support overall well-being.

 

During your session, Reiki energy is offered through light touch or hands held just above the body. You’ll remain fully clothed while resting comfortably in a peaceful environment. Essential oils and sound healing may also be incorporated to enhance relaxation and create a deeply nurturing experience.

 

Each session is intuitively guided to support your individual needs and may help you feel calmer, more grounded, balanced, and renewed.
