Service Description
Yin yoga works deeply into your body with passive, longer-held poses.This practice targets the deepest connective tissues – ligaments, joints, and fascia and the meridians. This deep but gentle practice invites you to stay with supported postures for 3+ minutes and observe your growing sensations while observing yourself in stillness. Physically, all levels of practice and experience can have an impactful class, even those managing injury can participate. Mentally, this is one of the most challenging yet rewarding classes.

Cancellation Policy
Studio Policy: To cancel or reschedule a class, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance. No charges will apply for class cancellations or rescheduling. For private bookings, please provide a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule, and no charges will be applied. Divinity Skin Policy: To request a cancellation or reschedule, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that a 100% service fee will be charged for no-shows. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the client will be eligible for a 50% refund.
