Join us for a Divinely inspired creative flowing sequence that is breath-inspired and sequenced with slow transitions. This class includes a mix of standing and seated poses, with some beginner to intermediate balancing postures. You'll do twists, hip openers, gentle backbends, breathing exercises, and meditation. Expect to feel inspired and a bit challenged, leaving you refreshed and ready to relax. Experienced yogis and active beginners are welcome to attend. *This class is more active than our Yin classes, but not as challenging as Power Vinyasa.

Our Kundalini Yoga & Sound Healing Classes are 90- minutes. Each class includes pranayama (breathwork), a kriya (a set of exercises), and closes with a 30 min deep relaxation of sound healing to assist in the integration of its benefits into your daily life. This practice brings dynamic balance to mind, body & soul. It can be practiced by anyone regardless of prior experience!

Open to all experience levels, this 60-minute class combines movement and stillness to cultivate balance and connection. We’ll start with grounding poses to center ourselves, gently warm the spine and joints with intentional breathwork, and flow through modified sun salutations and standing poses. The class then transitions to grounding stretches that release tension in deeper tissues. We’ll finish with a restorative Savasana and soothing sound healing, leaving you feeling refreshed and at peace.
