Why do you teach yoga?
It is so fulfilling! Being present and guiding others who are also seeking spiritual growth is a beautiful experience. Sharing my teachings not only allows me to connect with others but also deepens my own spiritual journey.
How long have you been practicing yoga?
15 years. My journey began with a class at the local gym. It’s interesting to reflect on how my practice has evolved over the years. The depth of yoga is limitless, and I know that as long as I continue to practice, I will always be in a state of discovery.
What can I expect in your class?
Medium-slow pace movement with ample time to breathe and settle into each pose. While I don't focus heavily on alignment or hands-on adjustments, my aim is to help you develop your intuition and trust moving in a way that feels good in your body. My classes often include visualization and chakra balancing. I often conclude with a long relaxation and meditation.
What kind of music do you love to share in class?
Low vocal. Instrumental. Ambient. Soft tribal beats.

What’s your favorite Asana(pose)?
Pigeon pose. It releases my hips and frees up emotions stored there.
