Join Jodi, for a journey over two days as we travel that map together, moving through all seven energy centers with asana, breath, sound, somatic practice, and guided meditations and journal reflections.

For each chakra, you will explore where it lives in the body, what it governs, and how imbalance can show up in your energy, your emotions, and your daily life. Then you will feel it for yourself.
