Join us for a 90-minute session to experience sound techniques that stimulate and balance the nervous system to deepen relaxation, improve sleep, increase vital energy flow, creativity, intuition, and remove any negative blocks and toxins. Sound frequency healing also promotes a restored sense of balance and clarity for the mind, body, and spirit.
