ABOUT THE EVENT
Meet Your Pelvic Floor: A Core Connection Workshop with Dr. Loretta Berry of Floora, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.
This all-levels workshop is designed to help you reconnect with the deeper core and pelvic floor, areas that can become disconnected, especially after pregnancy and birth. Through intentional movement and breathwork that goes beyond basic belly or diaphragmatic breathing, you'll build awareness and learn how to engage and release your pelvic floor effectively. You’ll leave with tools to better understand your own body, whether your pelvic floor feels tight, weak, or somewhere in between.
All ages and life stages are welcome: whether you're postpartum, years down the road, or simply curious about connecting with your core in a deeper way.
Please wear comfortable clothing, as there is some light body movement.
