"Harmony in Motion" - a workshop to find aligned movement in YOUR own body!

Join us for a 2.5-hour journey through the  Sun and Moon Salutations, where tradition blends seamlessly with a personalized and playful practice. This class is designed to educate you with the knowledge and skills to move with ease and grace in any yoga session for your own anatomy.

With a focus on trauma-informed techniques, you'll learn to keep your body safe while flowing smoothly, ensuring that every movement is both powerful and kind to your system.

Expect thoughtful alignment cues tailored to your recovering joints/injuries in a light-hearted atmosphere that invites you to enjoy the practice fully.

The session will end with a 30 minute sound bath!
