Join us for a soothing group sound bath where you’ll be guided through a journey of sound, breath, and stillness to reset your body and mind.
Recommended for ages 8 and up. Come dressed in comfortable attire and bring anything that helps you feel extra cozy. Mats and blankets are provided in the studio.
