Join us for a fun floor movement experience that will ignite your Divine feminine power and embody healing as you reclaim your own sensuality.
You will work up an appetite by learning a beginner-friendly sensual routine and then head downtown for food & drinks together after class!
What To Wear
Expect to be slinking around the floor.
Dress comfy.
Sparkles encouraged!
Please bring knee pads if you have them.Â
