Pain, tension, negative emotions these are not signs that something is wrong with you.
They are messages from your body and nervous system.
Body Whispers is a two-day somatic immersion rooted in ancient somatic wisdom and teachings from Pain Reprocessing Therapy. Through guided experiences, journaling, embodied inquiry, and connection, we will explore what it means to turn toward discomfort with curiosity instead of fear.
You will leave with a new perspective of pain in the body and practical tools you can bring into your daily life.
Open to yoga teachers, students, and anyone navigating pain chronic or emotional. No prior experience required. Just a willingness to arrive.
