Learn the basics of yoga with Nicole

Service Description

Join Nicole for Yoga Basics, a weekly class that will guide you as you build a strong foundation in yoga. We'll focus on linking our breath to movement, anatomy, and learning our bodies. This weekly yoga class meets workshop is designed for students who are new to the practice and want to learn more about how to approach it safely. We'll start off with slow, gentle movements that help us connect with our bodies before building up over time. See you on the mat!
