Power Flow Vinyasa
Service Description
Join us for this Vinyasa style Power Flow class. In power flow, we pair breath with movement to get you out of your busy mind and into your body. I will guide you through flows, balances, firing up your core, and creating stillness within meditation. I will guide you in pushing your edge so you can expect to break a sweat. This class is open to all levels.

Cancellation Policy
Studio Policy: To cancel or reschedule a class, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance. No charges will apply for class cancellations or rescheduling. For private bookings, please provide a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule, and no charges will be applied. Divinity Skin Policy: To request a cancellation or reschedule, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that a 100% service fee will be charged for no-shows. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the client will be eligible for a 50% refund.
