Service Description

Reiki Infused Subtle Body Healing Class designed to nurture your nervous system and energize your spirit. Each class will focus on an energy center of the body, work through energy blocks by using breath work, meditation, positive language and circle to compliment ones self-healing journey. Each class will include some light sound healing and 1 simple journal prompt. This class if perfect if you are looking for some space to re-align and provide your physical vessel some love in a gentle self-honoring way. Recommended: Cozy attire, a pen and notebook.
